There is a lot of importance given to physical fitness and one wants to have a well built body .But Obesity have increased all around the world and is one of the leading preventable causes of death worldwide and with rates of adult and childhood obesity increasing. It is due to the excess fat in the body. men with more than 25% body fat and women with more than 33% body fat are obese .Biologically it takes more time to burn fat and one has to exercise to reduce it. But the junk foods these days add a lot of fat in one’s body. People work’s make them sit before the computers and don’t find any time to allocate time to do exercises. Diets to promote weight loss and proper exercise help to keep one away from obesity.

COSTLIEST INDIAN SHRINE

The TTD – Thirumala Thirupathi Devasthanam, a holy Indian shrine in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India was established in 1932.Administration of the temple was vested to a committee of seven members and overseen by a paid commissioner as appointed by the Madras(the erstwhile capital of the state of tamil nadu) Government. Advising the committee were 2 advisory councils - one comprising of priests and temple administrators to aid the committee with the operations of the Tirumala temple and another comprising of farmers for advise on Tirumala's land and estate transactions. The temple is said to be richest in the country and lord venkateshwara who resides in this holy shrine receives approximately a crore each day. The first gift to the temple was a surprise one – Sanjay Gandhi who led the Maruthi Udyog , a leading car manufacturer in India gifted the company’s first release of a model called Maruthi 800.

NATURE- its Supremacy!!

With the inventions and achievements in various fields, man finds himself to be superior to all the existing power on earth. But there is something supernatural and it always tends to be mysterious to mankind. It is nature. Nature, always portrayed as Mother Nature, has its own laws and it would never be anticipated. Earlier, and even at present, nature is considered as God and people worship it. It is because man utilizes every component of nature for his well-being and development. But nature can be a disaster too! A natural disaster is the consequence of a natural hazard it affects human activities drastically. Volcanic eruption, earthquake, hurricanes, flood, tsunami or landslides are some of the natural hazards. The Central China flood of 1931 is generally considered the deadliest natural disaster ever recorded, and almost certainly the deadliest of the 20th century. The human casualties were estimated to be 4 million. There are various incidents which have caused worse effects than this incident. Though the financial, environmental or human losses cannot be prevented, we can make use of scientific forecast schemes and effective emergency management. But still nature roves to be and is superior to man!!!

The world of bike racing is one of the most notable time investor today. It is considered as one of the most adventorous and costliest sport in our days. There are separate racing gangs and teams being formed among youngsters even in small towns in each and every country. These bike racers keep up their passion to a very high level that they go on a road trip as frequent as imagined. It can be estimated that the bike racers around the world follow a commmon moto "NO FEAR and KEEP RACING". Bike racing apart from being a hobby and a passion, can also be turned in to a business. Some of the racing gangs go about displaying their racing prowess by providing bike stunt shows for the public. College studnents remain to be their target as they can easily ment money by doing a stunt show in a cultural fest. The bikes used by these racers is a bit different from the ones that are in the market. These bikes are remodeled according to the needs such as double clutch system, high power disc brakes,nitro boosters etc. The kind of risks taken by these racers are of higher magnitude that they might up end up loosing their lives or heavily injured after an accident.But, the youngsters who race tend to have such a cool composure and reply "When it comes to passion, risk taking is nothing" and they start off racing eachother.

Everyone in this world is becoming very cautious about their health. Health becomes an important factor in life and it is said to be ‘a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity’. As defined, one is said to be healthy only he or she has both mental and physical fitness. Physical health refers to good body health without any disease whereas mental health refers to the mind and psychological well-being. Physical fitness can be brought by proper nutrition, diet and physical exercises. A good hygienic practice helps one to be immune against germs. Children should be taught proper hygienic practices right form their childhood. Mental health refers to how one handles the various stress situations and leads an independent life. Most important determinant of health is the social aspect. Environment, self-care and lifestyle decide the health of an individual. The environment should be clean and free form al kinds of pollution. Overall health is achieved through a combination of physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
