OBESITY


‘Say goodbye to obesity’, ‘new way to lose weight’ are some of the captions which are flashing in many medical magazines these days. There is a lot of importance given to physical fitness and one wants to have a well built body .But Obesity have increased all around the world and is one of the leading preventable causes of death worldwide and with rates of adult and childhood obesity increasing. It is due to the excess fat in the body. men with more than 25% body fat and women with more than 33% body fat are obese .Biologically it takes more time to burn fat and one has to exercise to reduce it. But the junk foods these days add a lot of fat in one’s body. People work’s make them sit before the computers and don’t find any time to allocate time to do exercises. Diets to promote weight loss and proper exercise help to keep one away from obesity.
